Upon arrival in Lima, members of the press are to register at the registration desk located in the Hall adjacent to the main entrance, according to the following schedule:

Wednesday, 24 March 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, 25 March 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Friday, 26 March 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, 27 March 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Sunday, 28 March 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Monday, 29 March 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

At registration, each participant will be asked to present press credentials (with photograph) or a letter from their news service stating that they have been assigned to cover the meeting so that an identification badge, which will permit the participant to gain access to the meeting rooms, can be issued.

In keeping with the usual practice at international meetings of this kind, the identification badge prepared for each participant will include a photograph. Identification badges should be worn prominently at all times and will be essential to enable participants to gain access to the meeting rooms and other working areas, as well as to the social events.

The Press Room will begin operation on March 24th, at the Museo de la Nación, third floor.
