preregistration form may be filled out and sent
electronically before March 7, 2003, using the following
security code: PRESS-AM03. Journalists
who did not attended the 2002 Annual Meeting in Fortaleza,
Brazil, need to submit a form with a recent color,
passport-size photograph by March 7, 2003 to

Upon
arrival in Milan, members of the press are to register
at the registration desk located at the main entrance,
Pavillion 17 of the Fiera Milano, according to the
following schedule:
Wednesday,
19 March 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Thursday, 20 March 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Friday, 21 March 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, 22 March 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Sunday, 23 March 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Monday, 24 March 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
At
registration, each participant will be asked to present
press credentials (with photograph) or a letter from
their news service stating that they have been assigned
to cover the meeting so that an identification badge
can be issued which will permit the participant to
gain access to the meeting rooms.
In
keeping with the usual practice at international meetings
of this kind, the identification badge prepared for
each participant will include a photograph. Identification
badges should be worn prominently at all times and
will be essential to enable participants to gain access
to the meeting rooms and other working areas, as well
as to the social events.
The
Press Room will begin operation on Thursday, 20 March,
in Section C, ground floor.
