After 2 January, the Accommodations Office will continue to take room reservations but cannot guarantee that rooms will be available at these particular hotels or at the prices indicated above.

Accommodations: Observers, special guests, and the press

The Accommodations Office is responsible for all matters relating to accommodations for representatives of observer countries and institutions, as well as for special guests and members of the press. The hotels where space is available and the daily rates are listed here:

Requests for reservations must be received by the Accommodations Office no later than 2 January 2003. Any rooms not reserved by that date will be released from the blocks originally set aside for the Bank. While the Accommodations Office will continue to accept reservation requests after this date, it cannot guarantee that rooms will be available at these hotels or at the prices indicated above.

Conditions for cancellation of reservations:

Please note that a minimum of 4 nights is required.

For cancellations before 2 January 2003 no cancellation fee will be applied.

For cancellation from 2 January 2003 to 30 January 2003, 15% of the total cost of the reservation (total number of rooms and nights) will be charged.

For cancellations from 31 January, no refund can be guaranteed.

Requests for changes in room accommodations as well as information as to changes in arrival or departure dates must be communicated to the Accommodations Office in writing. A fee of €5 will be charged.
