Call for Papers
The
Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) announces
a call for papers that shares an experience of the role of social
capital in Paraguay and Latin America. The competition is open to
the general public.
The
document should be a maximum of ten pages summarizing an experience
related to the topics that will be covered during the International
Seminar “Mobilizing the Social Capital of Paraguay
and Latin America”. These topics are: social capital,
corporate social responsibility and volunteer action. For more information

Selected
papers will have a chance to be presented during one of the workshops
of the event. Presentations should not last longer than 15 minutes.
Winners
will be notified and will have the right to accept or refuse their
participation. All selected documents will be disseminated through
the Inter-American Initiative on Social Capital, Ethics and Development’s
website. The IADB reserves the right to cancel the contest without
prior notice. No cash price will be awarded and there is no guarantee
that the IADB can cover travel and lodging expenses.

in Microsoft Word or PDF with the author’s resume. Deadline
for submission is August 25, 2003.
