The LACEA-IDB-CAF-Trade, Integration, and Growth Network (TIGN) aims at building a network of economists working on issues related to the linkages between trade, integration and growth, with a focus on Latin America and the Caribbean, and facilitate exchanges of ideas between these researchers and policymakers in countries in this region.

In pursuing these goals, the network organizes an annual conference consisting of paper sessions, where innovative and policy relevant papers are presented and discussed, and a policy panel addressing specific policy issues, where policymakers are invited to present and debate with researchers.
