Technical Cooperations

The program was designed to provide the countries with gradual or phased support through Technical Cooperations (TC): (i) the first stage was a diagnosis and action plan preparation at the national level; (ii) the second stage was defined as the action plan’s implementation at a national level; and (iii) the third stage allowed for those countries that had received approval in stage two, to proceed on preparing and implementing diagnostic assessments and action plans at the subnational or sector-specific.
