Components

The program components are:

1. Country diagnosis

With the Bank’s support and guidance, the countries carry out an analysis of relevant government institutions responsible for PRODEV´s lines of action, identifying strengths and weaknesses of its results management capacity.

2. Country action plans and specific projects

The action plan includes short and midterm, to address the gaps that were identified through the diagnosis.

3. Complementary activities

PRODEV has established a community integrated by professionals and experts on MfDR. This community carries out the following activities:

a. Results based Network

b. Monitoring and Evaluation Network, a joint venture with the World Bank

c. Parliamentarian Forum on MfDR

d. Civil Society Network

e. PRODEV Executors' Network

f. Sub-National Government Network

g. Planning Network, a joint venture with Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean(ECLAC)

h. National Public Investment Systems, a joint venture with ECLAC

i. Private Sector Network

j. Seminars, workshops and videoconferences at regional, subregional, and national level

k. Training courses at regional, sub-regional, and national level
