The initiative encloses:

• National, sub-national and sector priorities assessment to enable the development of integrated action plans to evaluate options and choose the best in terms of society’s welfare;
• Budgeting in order to allow the implementation based on performance to be monitored;
• Financial management, internal and external audit and procurement system;
• Program and project management through by using reliable performance indicators as an efficient means of improving quality and Government interventions’;
• Policy, plans, budget and project monitoring and evaluation to enhance Management for Development Results (MfDR) process.
