Emma Näslund-Hadley - Education Senior Specialist

Emma Näslund-Hadley is a senior specialist in the Education Division at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). She has worked at the IDB since 2002, leading and collaborating in the design and execution of a wide spectrum of education sector projects – from early childhood and primary education to vocational training and adult education. She is the coordinator of the Bank’s efforts to improve mathematics and natural science education. Prior to joining the Bank, she worked in Africa, Latin America and Europe on education and gender issues with the European Union, the United Nations and the Swedish International Development Agency. Emma has a master’s degree in international economics and finance from the University of Linkoping and a master’s degree in public affairs from Princeton University.
