IDB-DC Solidarity Program
Grants
The IDB-DC Solidarity Program's goal is to promote initiatives that improve the quality of life of the underserved DC Latino and Caribbean populations. The Program achieves this goal by supporting community-based organizations in the District of Columbia through its grants program. The grants are awarded annually in areas such as education, health, childcare, youth development, immigration, employment, rehabilitation, economic development and violence prevention, among others. Since 1998, the Program has disbursed more than $2,886,000 in grants. The Program is also a founder member of the Hispanics in Philanthropy Funders' Collaborative for Strong Latinos in Washington, D.C.
The IDB-DC Solidarity Program does not accept unsolicited grant proposals.
