IDB Youth Network
The IDB Youth Network is a key pillar of IDB YOUTH. The IDB Youth Network is a regional network of networks comprised of thousands of youth leaders and organizations interested in the social and economic development of Latin America and the Caribbean.
Network members are between 15 and 30 years old that are working or are volunteers for the socio economic development of their communities, their countries, and the region. Network members also include institutions working to benefit young people and foster their development. These institutional members are from the public, private, and non government sectors.
The IDB Youth Network is continually growing, interested persons or institutions in joining, can fill out the registration form explaining their area of interest or lines of action in the youth development and participation area. - Meet with Bank experts when you visit IDB headquarters in Washington, DC or contact in the Bank's Country Offices
- Count on institutional support from the IDB
Responsibilities:
- Network members are expected to keep their contact information, activities, achievements, projects, and programs or any other information that they would like to share, up-to-date. It is very important for members to update their registration form of any changes in e-mail, postal address, new website, or any other changes.
- Members seeking our endorsement of an event or program must make a formal application for it, far in advance in order to obtain the necessary approval. Requests should be submitted to Bidjuventud@iadb.org
- If a member of the Network would like our support in relations with any other entity or institution, they should inform us ahead of time and wait for our written approval.
