Development Challenges Network

Sound economic analysis and a clear view of the main economic challenges facing Latin America and the Caribbean go hand in hand with effective development strategies and policies. This seminar series was created with this premise in mind and aims at enhancing the technical and analytical competencies of the IDB’s economists while promoting collaboration and synergy among professionals from a myriad of departments. Originally reserved for IDB economists and researchers, professionals from the development and academic communities are now invited to participate in this blue-ribbon event, which features top-notch speakers on some of the most pressing issues plaguing the region today.
