It is clear that Colombia has important advantages to develop in the global services industry. However it requires a major effort to position itself internationally as a center of excellence that allows consistently to attract more and better investments, and to develop their services export. To this end, the program will implement a comprehensive, focused, following decentralization and sector criteria that seek to promote job creation and increased investment and exports in the service sector. In this way, the program will implement actions to improve the quality of human capital, strengthening the business skills of SMEs in global services and update the regulatory framework.
