Project Description

In a context of decentralized health services to provinces and municipalities, the program will finance: (i) strengthening the Remediar Program, placing emphasis on schemes that increase the effectiveness of the first level of care; (ii) strengthening the Redes Program, aiming at extending its coverage to 40% of the population without social security and increasing the effectiveness of the pay for performance scheme; (iii) developing networks for cancer early detection; and (iv) other actions of health promotion and prevention of non-communicable chronic diseases.
