Dialogue with Public Sector and Multilaterals For Strategic Partnerships and Knowledge Exchange
- Developed partnerships and knowledge exchange with European Union, European Investment Bank, the Development Bank of the Council of Europe, EBRD, and other European-wide institutions.
- Developed partnerships with other multilateral and bilateral public institutions based in Europe, including Nordic Investment Bank (NIB-NDF), OECD, OFID, UN agencies based in Europe (UNESCO, FAO, IFAD, WFP, UNIDO, UNODC, etc.), BIS, European Development Finance Institutions, etc.
- A Cooperation Agreement was established with SEGIB and the Organization of Iberoamerican States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI) to promote the "2021 Educational Goals in Iberoamerica".
- Participated in dialogue on "Post Crisis Needs Assessment" with the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB).
- Coordinated the negotiation and signature of MoU with OECD. Participated in the Development Assistance Committee of the OECD (including a special donors' meeting on Haiti). Participated in organization of the Latin American Competition Forum.
- Promoted the "Sustainable Cities for the 21st Century Initiative", with the European Investment Bank; OECD; European Commission; AFD; UNESCO, among others.
- Promoted the URBELAC Network to exchange information on urban development between European and LAC countries.
