The meeting was hosted by the European Commission and co-organized by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). As part of this support, international donors pledged $304 million to finance the Institutional Strengthening and Social Development Strategy, which has a strong emphasis on the social and environment sectors, presented to the meeting by the Colombian government.
