The mission of the BDA Department is to provide Senior Management and the Board of Executive Directors with performance and resource allocation information to enhance decision-making processes as well as manage administrative and corporate procurement services; to support the implementation of Bank Strategies. In order to achieve this mission, the Department aims to focus its work on two critical aspects:
- Supporting Bank departments and senior management in budget formulation, execution monitoring and corporate performance measurement, and;
- Ensuring the delivery of effective and client-focused administrative services and a transparent and efficient corporate procurement system.
The Department operates under the supervision of a General Manager, assisted by two Division Chiefs.
