 Press Pre-Registration
The press pre-registration form may be filled out and sent electronically using the following Username: PRESS-AM05 and Password: okinawa2005.
Upon arrival in Okinawa,members of the press should register at the Secretariat's registration desk located at the Hall of the Ginowan City Gymnasium, which is adjacent to the Okinawa Convention Center (OCC). The desk will operate on the following schedule:

At registration, each participant will be asked to present press credentials
(with photograph) or a letter from their news service stating that they
have been assigned to cover the meeting so that an identification badge,
which will permit the participant to gain access to the meeting rooms,
can be issued.
To expedite registration procedures in Okinawa, participants are requested
to send a recent photograph attached to the pre-registration form. Participants
who attended the Annual Meeting in Lima, Peru, do not need to submit a
photograph.

In keeping with the usual practice at international meetings of this kind, the identification badge prepared for each participant will include a photograph. Identification badges should be worn prominently at all times and will be essential to enable participants to gain access to the meeting rooms and other working areas, as well as to the social events.
The Press Room will begin operation on Wednesday, 6 April, at the Culture Resort Festone.
