Members of the press (including print, radio, and television media) wishing to cover the meeting should complete the on-line pre-registration.

room
The Press Room will begin operation on
Wednesday, April 6 at the Culture Resort Festone.
Long-distance telephone services
International and domestic telephone services will be available at the Press Room. Cellular phone rental service is available at the Okinawa Convention Center during the Annual Meeting. Participants will be charged for these services, at regular rates.
Computer access
Computers and ethernet connections to access Annual Meeting information and the Internet will be available at the Press Room on a first come first serve basis.
Distribution of publications
Organizations wishing to distribute their publications at the IDB's Annual Meeting 2005 should forward one copy of their publication(s) to Santiago Real de Azúa in the Office of External Relations at the IDB's Headquarters before March 20th, 2005. Advance copies should be sent to:

The Bank reserves the right to decide which publications to distribute
to its Annual Meeting participants. After approval, publications for distribution
at the Annual Meeting should be shipped to:

Each organization is responsible for all shipping and delivery costs including
inside delivery at the convention center as well as all customs paperwork.
The IDB will be responsible for placing publications in designated areas.
The distribution of marketing materials or posting of commercial signs
will not be permitted. All publications must be received at the Okinawa
Convention Center before April 1, 2005.
