PRE-REGISTRATION
Governors, other members of government delegations, observers, and special guests are asked to advise the Secretariat no later than 28 February 2005 that they plan to attend the meeting, by completing and submitting the on-line pre-registration through the Annual Meeting website, using the username and password that appear on the letter of invitation. This process needs to be completed in order for participants to be able to register at the meeting site.

Upon arrival in Okinawa, Governors and other members of government delegations, observers, and special guests should register at the Secretariat's registration desk located at the Hall of the Ginowan City Gymnasium, which is adjacent to the Okinawa Convention Center (OCC). The desk will operate on the following schedule:

At registration, each participant will be asked to present his or her
passport so that an identification badge can be issued which will permit
the participant to gain access to the meeting rooms. Invitations to the
social events will be issued at this time as well. Japanese citizens
will be required to present their identity cards.
In keeping with the usual practice at international meetings of this
kind, the identification badge prepared for each participant will include
a photograph. Identification badges should be worn prominently at all
times and will be essential in order for participants to gain access
to the meeting rooms and other work areas, as well as to the social events.
To expedite registration procedures in Okinawa, participants are requested,
when sending back their pre-registration forms, to include a recent photograph
of themselves and of any guests who will be accompanying them to the
meeting.
Participants who attended the Annual Meeting in Lima, Peru, do not need
to submit a photograph.
