 Government
delegations
The host country’s Accommodations and Transportation
Reservation Center will be responsible for all matters relating
to accommodations for government delegations. A number of rooms
have been set aside for the period from April 5 to 12, 2005 (see
table or Hotel Listing).
Room rates are per room per night including breakfast, service
charge and a 5% consumption tax.
These rooms will be kept available only until February17, 2005.
Accordingly, participants are urged to make their reservations directly
with the Accommodations and Transportation Reservation Center (the
agency selected for the Annual Meeting) as soon as possible.
After February 17, the Accommodations and Transportation Reservation
Center will continue to take room reservations but cannot guarantee
that rooms will be available at these particular hotels or at the
prices indicated.
Participants are urged to fill in the online reservation form for hotel accomodations or print the application form in PDF, fill it in and send their reservation requests DIRECTLY to the following address:

Cancellations
To cancel a reservation, a written notification should be sent to Accommodations and Transportation Reservation Center.
The following cancellation fees will apply:
There will be no charge for cancellations made by 17 February 2005.
For cancellations made between 18 February and 4 March 2005, 20% of the cost of the first night will be charged.
For cancellations made on or after 5 March 2005, 100% of the cost of the first night will be charged.

Observers,
special guests, and the press
The Accommodations and Transportation Reservation Center
is responsible for all matters relating to accommodations for representatives
of observer countries and institutions, as well as for special guests and
members of the press. The hotels where space is available and the daily rates
are listed on the following tables (also see Hotel Listing).
Room rates are per room per night including breakfast, service charge and a 5% consumption tax. All reservations will be made and confirmed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participants are urged complete this form and to forward their reservation requests DIRECTLY to the following address as soon as possible:

Any rooms not reserved by that date will be released from the blocks originally set aside for the Bank. While the Accommodations and Transportation Reservation Center will continue to accept reservation requests after this date, it cannot guarantee that rooms will be available at these hotels or at the prices indicated.
