At registration, participants will be asked to present their passports so they may be issued Annual Meeting identification badges and receive invitations to related social events. U.S. residents may present a government-issued photo ID, such a driver’s license.
Civil Society
Meeting rooms/work spaces: CSOs will have access to assigned meeting rooms during the Annual Meeting. These rooms will be equipped with computers, Internet access, printers, and telephones.
Use of the Press Conference Room: Use of this room is limited to IDB officials and representatives from the official delegations of member countries, subject to availability, as determined by the IDB Press Section. During official press events, seating areas will be specially designated for CSOs.
CSOs may hold press briefings in the CSO conference room, with prior written notice to Christina MacCulloch of the IDB Press Section (christinam@iadb.org).
