Meeting rooms/work spaces: CSOs will have access to assigned meeting rooms during the Annual Meeting. These rooms will be equipped with computers, Internet access, printers, and telephones.

Use of the Press Conference Room: Use of this room is limited to IDB officials and representatives from the official delegations of member countries, subject to availability, as determined by the IDB Press Section. During official press events, seating areas will be specially designated for CSOs.

CSOs may hold press briefings in the CSO conference room, with prior written notice to Christina MacCulloch of the IDB Press Section (christinam@iadb.org).

Distribution of printed materials: CSOs and special guests wishing to distribute printed materials at the meeting must use information display areas designated for that purpose throughout the venue. Printed materials such as flyers or announcements may not be taped, stapled or tacked to the walls within the facilities. In addition, CSOs may place printed materials on the display table outside their assigned office/meeting room.
