Latin America has performed remarkable improvements in the democratization field, but besides those, two challenges are found: Inequalities and poverty. Everything is unequal in Latin America: Revenue distribution, chances to obtain a credit, to complete elementary and secondary schools, to acceed to technology, among others. In the mean time, poverty has dramatically reached to enhanced cores of medium tiers. These last, in short time have descended in social scale, becoming the so called "new poor". Hence can be said that mentioned lacks are hurting the social tissue. In Buenos Aires, Argentina's Event, solutions, experiences and projects were analyzed facing the fact that today we are confronting poverty in many of region's countries.
